Out of curiosity, between the PD and the FD, which generally is more enjoyable to work for, which has better pay/benefits/promotional possibilities, and which has more honor and respect behind it? Also if anyone can do so, can someone answer the questions I asked and do so comparing the portland, oregon PD and FD?
