On the official government website it is stated that "in recent years, a number of comprehensive pro-entrepreneurial acts regulating the principles of conducting business activity in Poland have been adopted, including: the so-called package "Business Constitution" , amendment to the Act - Code of Administrative Procedure and the Act on the succession management of a natural person's enterprise.
