Speaking on passage of his HR 834, Pa. state Rep. Mirabito said that during an emergency, fire police officers risk their lives to ensure the safety of emergency responders, victims, and the general public, as well as protect the victims' property and the responders' equipment.

A law enforcement officer job is not that easy to do, thus it is not that easy to become a police officer either. Moreover, it takes a while to become one. It is indeed quite a competitive process to become a police officer. Due to the fact that crimes are increasing more and more each day, police officers are also on high demand. Michael, all true however the FirePolice fairness act will not affect Police Officers in anyway. FirePolice are not Police Officers.
